Roopa Industries Ltd was promoted in the year 1995. Mr T.G Raghavendra, a businessman and an industrialist, is the chief promoter. He took over the reins of the company in 1998. He hails from TGL family, with a joint and common business interest.

The Company is well nurtured by the Board of Directors headed by the Chief Promoter, as the Chairman and Managing Director: The Board has people with rich and viable knowledge and experience in various walks, for running the industry quite successfully.

The company has been expanding the facility year after year to meet the clients’ requirements with a spirit of challenge;

The facility initially having only one small block of half-a-dozen small reactors, today consists of two blocks with substantial infrastructure.

The company is also working on few other Molecules / Intermediates viz., Cloxacillin, Flucloxacillin, Dicloxacillin, Orlistat, Cilastatin etc. with a view to launch appropriately.
